Bochum University Conference discusses the issue of manpower shortage in Germany and recommends the implementation of the Go ahead in Germany Project

14 Arab and European countries, 80 people from universities, governmental and private bodies and organizations participated in the conference. Alongside high-level experts from Germany, the Netherlands, France and the United States of America the event tackled the issue of education standards in universities and education and training centers in the Arab world. The need to reconcile education and vocational training to match the European quality standards was raised with the aim of building up cadres qualified to enter the European job market, especially Germany, and for the development of the Arab labor market.
Siza Sappy, the integration official at the German Ministry of the Interior, and the German government’s representative for the employment of foreigners in Germany, Mr. Michael Weiss Gering, presented and discussed at the conference on the topic of employment. The employment project launched in Germany came as a sequel to our work in training and employing individuals in local and international labor markets in 2014.
