The visit came in preparation for Human Restart project to train and build workers employability for the German job market in collaboration with Cairo Chamber of Commerce, and under the auspices of Ministry of Manpower and the Ministry of Emigration in Egypt.

CEO Al-Yousef, Executive Director Ahmed Said, the German Foreign Employment Official Michael Weiß-Gehring and Integration Official in the Ministry of Interior Ms. Siza Zaby were among the visiting team.

The team observed the Japanese system application at El-Araby School, top standards implemented and graduates’ employment in job markets.

In this regard, Human Restart – Go ahead in Germany collaborates with a number of public and private entities in Germany and MENA to organize the ‘German Vocational Training System Accreditation’ Conference to train and build up workforce employability in the German job market.

This comes in conjugation with the Government of Egypt special care, following Pres. Sisi directions, to improve vocational education schools, to certify internationally accredited diplomas to vocational graduates and to export cadres abroad following the motto ‘Education is the Future of Egypt’.

Human Restart also collaborates with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Education in Iraq and with a group of public and private institutions in Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. In Lebanon, Human Restart phases in the project implementation and establishes in-Germany employment and vocational training centers.

Human Restart – Go ahead in Germany has been delivering training programs and employment projects for ten years. Human Restart operates now in 21 cities around the globe, delivering 92 international educational programs for 2100 beneficiaries.

14 Arab and European countries, 80 people from universities, governmental and private bodies and organizations participated in the conference. Alongside high-level experts from Germany, the Netherlands, France and the United States of America the event tackled the issue of education standards in universities and education and training centers in the Arab world. The need to reconcile education and vocational training to match the European quality standards was raised with the aim of building up cadres qualified to enter the European job market, especially Germany, and for the development of the Arab labor market.
Siza Sappy, the integration official at the German Ministry of the Interior, and the German government’s representative for the employment of foreigners in Germany, Mr. Michael Weiss Gering, presented and discussed at the conference on the topic of employment. The employment project launched in Germany came as a sequel to our work in training and employing individuals in local and international labor markets in 2014.

The Go Ahead in Germany employment project was much hyped by dozens of governmental and private television, audio and print media.

The conference was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Manpower and the Ministry of Emigration, in cooperation with the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, had senior representatives from official and private German and Arab agencies. The Employment Project first executive phase was launched to create job opportunities.

The project worked first to address the imperative need in nursing and medicine sectors in Germany. These two sectors are currently suffering from a severe shortage in workforce needed to operate.

The Iraqi Minister of Labor, Mr. Ahmad Jaseem, met with our delegation in Iraq in order to put to work Go Ahead in Germany Project which works on recruiting prospective employees from Arab World. The project has already commenced its first steps in Egypt in collaborations among governmental and private entities in Egypt and Germany.

As part of project scaling up, creating job opportunities and combating unemployment in Iraq, applications open for recruitments in medical health care and nursing, along other recruits in engineering, technology and other professions.
The delegation, headed by Executive Advisor Firas Al-Ramahy, visited his excellency Mr. Jaseem who was briefed about the coming phase, requirements and ways forward to develop collaboration to implement the German-Iraqi joint project at the best levels.
